En lo personal #SWC, pienso que la liga es tanto fundamental como, no fundamental en muchos casos, pero aquí hablando para sacar o mejorar el musclep up, diría que si a uso personal. Ya que te permite hasta dejar de hacer el famoso 'KIPPING', con una buena técnica, claro, si bien contamos, aveces no es necesario usarla para mejorar el musclep up, e incluso.
