Hello Fellow Foodie Hivers! My day began with food and ended with food. My tummy was stuffed with food, so it was an amazing day. LOL

The first food was prawns and squash in coconut milk. It was a dish made by my neighbour friend. The prawns were fresh and tasty, and the squash added a savoury and sweet flavour. Most Sundays, she does the cooking and of course, I do the eating. 😅😂

Then comes food that we ordered, when we were out and about a few hours later, after having lunch. We were actually about to go to Jollibee but we spotted The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (CFBTL). Since it made me wonder if my fave lamb cutlets were available, we then head off. As a starter, we had Beef Nachos. YUM. Despite their relatively small size, the nachos and minced beef blended well together. However, the cheese was minimal, so I went to grab some parmesan cheese and heaped it on my plate. Teehee.

The lamb cutlets were served as the main course. I asked for it well done and with mushroom sauce. It was tasty, but not as tasty as Swensen's. Their sauce is also a little floury, and the mushroom flavour is quite missing. Nonetheless, because I am a lamb person, I finished it all.😁

The Quattro Formaggi, or Four Cheese Pizza, followed. It's made with mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, and feta cheese in a homemade cream cheese sauce. Superb. It's delectable, and it's my all-time favourite pizza flavour!

And, of course, dessert was served to round up the feast. Rather than cake, I preferred pure cookies and cream in chocolate ice blended drinks. And, moreover, I don't think my tummy had room for anymore. Haha!
