Saludos para los miembros de Full Deportes y para los que interactúan desde Liketu, felíz viernes, espero que hayan pasado muy bien su semana. El día de hoy regreso a esta comunidad compartiendo otra sesión de fotografías haciendo Street Workout, pero a diferencia de la la última sesión de fotografías que compartí por acá, en esta me encuentro ubicado en la playa. 🏖️ Lo cual genera un ambiente diferente, más fresco y con un buen atractivo visual de fondo que sería la arena y el mar. Para esta sesión de fotografías como pueden observar en la foto de portada, me complace compartirles una novedad, ya soy capaz de hacer la parada de manos a un brazo todavía no logro mantenerme por mucho tiempo, pero si lo suficiente para poder capturar algunas fotografías mientras estoy en la postura. >Greetings to the members of Full Deportes and to those who interact from Liketu, happy Friday, I hope you have had a great week. >Today I'm back to this community sharing another Street Workout photo shoot, but unlike the last one I shared here, in this one I'm located at the beach. 🏖️ >Which creates a different atmosphere, cooler and with a good visual background which would be the sand and the sea. >For this photo shoot as you can see in the cover photo, I am pleased to share with you a novelty, I am already able to do the one arm handstand, I still can't hold it for a long time, but enough to be able to capture some pictures while I am in the pose. Ese día estaba visitando la playa de Choroní llamada Playa Grande, con mi novia Mila, mi madre, mi suegra y un compañero de trabajo de mi madre. Después de llegar a la playa y tomar varias fotografías que he estado compartiendo desde hace días en mis últimos post, Mila y yo disfrutamos por un rato de la playa. Al pasar cierto tiempo Mila y yo caminamos hasta el otro lado de la playa donde habían pocas personas para comenzar a tomarnos fotos haciendo Street Workout, así nadie se atravesaría o estaría de fondo en las fotografías jejeje. Fue entonces cuando Mila y yo comenzamos a tomarnos nuestras fotos haciendo los respectivos elementos de Street Workout que estarán viendo en este post. Las fotografías que yo le tomé a Mila, ella ya las compartió en su blog en su momento, así que solo verán las fotos que ella me tomó a mí usando mi teléfono. Comencé con la V-sit, este elemento ya se los había compartido en mi último post en esta comunidad, pero a diferencia de aquella vez, en este día que fuí a la playa pude notar y se puede observar que mejoré la técnica y postura de la V-sit. Mis piernas están más cercas de mi torso, esto quiere decir que estoy aplicando más exigencia en cuanto a flexibilidad y fuerza, también tengo más limpieza en la postura porque en la primera foto de la V-sit, tengo las piernas prácticamente extendidas y los pies también están en completa extensión o mejor dicho en completa flexión plantar, generando así una línea recta visual más armoniosa. >That day I was visiting the beach of Choroní called Playa Grande, with my girlfriend Mila, my mother, my mother-in-law and a co-worker of my mother. >After arriving at the beach and taking several pictures that I have been sharing for days in my last posts, Mila and I enjoyed the beach for a while. >After some time Mila and I walked to the other side of the beach where there were few people to start taking pictures of us doing Street Workout, so no one would get in the way or be in the background of the pictures hehehe. >That's when Mila and I started taking our pictures of us doing the respective elements of Street Workout that you will see in this post. >The pictures I took of Mila, she already shared on her blog at the time, so you will only see the pictures she took of me using my phone. >I started with the V-sit, this element I had already shared with you in my last post in this community, but unlike that time, this day that I went to the beach I could notice and you can see that I improved the technique and posture of the V-sit. >My legs are closer to my torso, this means that I am applying more demand in terms of flexibility and strength, I also have a cleaner posture because in the first photo of the V-sit, I have my legs practically extended and my feet are also in full extension or rather in full plantar flexion, thus generating a more harmonious visual straight line. Después de las fotografías haciendo la V-sit, fue el turno del Handstand o Parada de Manos, como gusten referirse a este elemento, yo estoy acostumbrado a decirle Handstand, así que en lo que queda del post lo mencionaré por su nombre en inglés. Como bien saben este es mi elemento favorito e incluso hice un video dedicado al handstand que ya les compartí por acá. Hice dos sesiones del handstand normal, un par de fotos con las piernas juntas y otro par de fotos con las piernas separadas. >After the V-sit pictures, it was the turn of the Handstand or "Parada de Manos", as you like to refer to this element, I'm used to call it Handstand, so in the rest of the post I'll mention it by its English name. >As you know this is my favourite element and I even made a video dedicated to the handstand that I already shared with you here. >I did two sessions of the normal handstand, a couple of photos with legs together and another couple of photos with legs apart. Estas 4 fotografías me gustaron mucho, pero me gustaron más el primer par de estas fotografías. Prácticamente desde que recuperé el handstand he estado practicándolo la mayoría de los días de la semana, es un elemento que me resulta fácil hacer y que me gusta mucho. Además, la práctica constante es lo que me permitirá lograr el dominio corporal y equilibrio necesario para las demás variantes del handstand. >I liked these 4 pictures a lot, but I liked the first couple of these pictures the most. >Practically since I recovered the handstand I have been practicing it most days of the week, it is an element that is easy for me to do and that I like a lot. >Besides, constant practice is what will allow me to achieve the body control and balance necessary for the other handstand variations. Hablando de variantes del handstand, ya en esta parte del post con mucho gusto les comparto mis primeras fotografías haciendo la parada de manos a un brazo después de haber recuperado mi handstand. Esta es mi parte favorita del handstand, cuando ya estoy desafiando mucho más la gravedad, exigiéndole a mi cuerpo más control y equilibrio para poder mantenerme con el apoyo de un sólo brazo, en el elemento mejor conocido como One Arm Handstand. Como mencioné en el principio del post, aún no poseo un excelente dominio del one arm handstand, pero puedo mantenerme en la postura el tiempo suficiente para que Mila me capturara estas fotografías que me encantaron mucho. Este par de fotografías fueron capturadas primero y luego de un descanso fue capturada la fotografía del one arm handstand que seleccioné como foto de portada. Me gustó mucho esa última fotografía del one arm handstand por la diferencia de tener las piernas separadas, ya que en esa postura se puede apreciar mejor el equilibrio que demanda el elemento, como la persona tiene que hacer balance y mantener el equilibrio alineando las piernas y los brazos, generando así una figura como en "X". Aún me falta lograr más dominio, pero estoy muy contento con el resultado. 🙏🏻💙 >Talking about handstand variations, already in this part of the post I am happy to share with you my first pictures of me doing the one arm handstand after I got my handstand back. >This is my favourite part of the handstand, when I am already defying gravity much more, demanding more control and balance from my body to be able to hold myself with only one arm support, in the element better known as the One Arm Handstand. >As I mentioned at the beginning of the post, I still don't have an excellent command of the one arm handstand, but I can hold the pose long enough for Mila to capture these photographs that I really loved. >This pair of photographs were captured first and after a break the photograph of the one arm handstand that I selected as the cover photo was captured. >I really liked that last picture of the one arm handstand because of the difference of having the legs apart, as in that posture you can better appreciate the balance that the element demands, how the person has to balance and maintain balance by aligning the legs and arms, thus generating a figure like an "X". >I still need to achieve more mastery, but I am very happy with the result. 🙏🏻💙 Antes de finalizar comparto esta última fotografía, en la que no estoy haciendo ningún elemento del Street Workout, pero igualmente la quise compartir con ustedes porque es la mejor evidencia que puedo expresar de cómo pasé ese día, además, allí sigo en compañía de mis paralelas las cuales me han permitido hacer todos estos elementos de manera más cómoda y segura por el mejor agarre que puedo tener a diferencia de intentarlo en la arena. Mi alegría y entusiasmo se puede observar en mi expresión facial, esta última fotografía la capturó Mila en el acto después de haber hecho mi último one arm handstand y haber caído casi sentado jajaja. 😅 Estuve muy felíz y naturalmente me caí de la postura con una sonrisa que describe mi pensar y reacción por haber logrado el one arm handstand ese día. 🙏🏻 >Before I finish I share this last picture, in which I am not doing any element of the Street Workout, but I wanted to share it with you because it is the best evidence I can express how I spent that day, besides, there I am still in the company of my parallel bars which have allowed me to do all these elements in a more comfortable and safe way because of the better grip I can have as opposed to trying to do it on the sand. >My joy and enthusiasm can be seen in my facial expression, this last picture was captured by Mila on the spot after I did my last one arm handstand and fell almost sitting down hahaha. 😅 >I was very happy and naturally fell out of the pose with a smile on my face that describes my thoughts and reaction to having achieved the one arm handstand that day. 🙏🏻 Algo que me gustó mucho de todas las fotografías fue poder llevar en cada una de estas fotografías el logo de Hive, como pueden observar en las etiquetas pegadas en mis paralelas y el brazalete de Mila que me prestó porque el mío se dañó por el uso constante bajo el sol. 🥺 Hive, esta cadena de bloques que me ha estado acompañando en estos últimos años y me ha permitido conocer nuevas personas, adquirir nuevas experiencias, nuevos conocimientos y conectar con todos ustedes. ♦️♥️ >Something I really liked about all the pictures was being able to wear the Hive logo on each of these pictures, as you can see on the labels stuck on my parallels and Mila's bracelet that she lent me because mine was damaged by constant use under the sun. 🥺 >Hive, this blockchain that has been accompanying me these last years and has allowed me to meet new people, acquire new experiences, new knowledge and connect with all of you. ♦️♥️ Bueno amigos, aquí concluye el post de hoy, quiero recordar que aún tengo unas rutinas pendientes por compartir, las cuales usé como planificación para mí regreso y recuperación en mis entrenamientos.
