It had been a few months since I showed my face on Liketu, even when it came to posting I took a bit of a step back, as I was focusing on my health and training for a test I took this Sunday, in 28 days I drastically changed my diet and focused on training, it was An intense race, more than 450 athletes registered, with races at 5km and 10km, I decided to participate in the 10km. It was a tough race, in my country we are going through a wave of extremes, sometimes intense heat, but with storms and strong winds where the temperature drops drastically, luckily it didn't rain at the time of the race and I managed to get my time of 5:08 /km of PACE which leaves me at approximately 11.67 km/h, I am gradually increasing my speed and also increasing the amount of muscle mass, I have currently gained 4 kilos and the difference even in posture is big as you feel like you have more strength, not to mention that I'm used to waking up before six in the morning in my country, it's very interesting how physical activity together with a good diet directly impacts focus and increased productivity. The feeling of improving in a short time is very good, but especially the fact that mental health helps a lot!!! Physical activity is life, the medal has already gone to my hall, and next year the search is for a trophy!!! Fazia uns meses que não dava minha cara pelo liketu, até referente as postagens eu me afastei um pouco, pois estava focando na minha saúde e treinando para uma prova que realizei neste domingo, em 28 dias mudei drasticamente minha alimentação e foquei em treinar, foi uma prova intensa, mais de 450 atletas inscritos, com provas em 5km de distancia e 10km de distancia, eu resolvi participar dos 10km. Foi uma prova pesada, no meu país estamos passando por uma onda de extremos, as vezes intenso calor, porém com tempestades e vendaval forte onde cai drasticamente a temperatura, por sorte não choveu no horário da prova e consegui fazer meu tempo de 5:08/km de PACE o que me deixa em mais ou menos 11.67 km/h, estou aumentando minha velocidade gradualmente e também aumentando o numero de massa muscular, atualmente já ganhei 4 quilos e a diferença até na postura é grande pois você sente que possui mais força, sem contar que acostumei acordar antes das seis da manhã no meu país, é muito interessante como a atividade física junto com uma boa alimentação impactam diretamente no foco e aumento de produtividade. A sensação de ir evoluindo em pouco tempo é muito bom, mas principalmente o fato da saúde mental ajuda demais!!!
