La pregunta que pasaba por mi cabeza: "¿Con qué te quedas?", esto mientras tomaba agua, recuperaba el aliento y masajeaba mis muñecas, que poco están acostumbradas a sostener todo mi peso. Una vez recargada, miré el reloj y me di cuenta de que se nos pasa el tiempo demasiado rápido y muchas veces no somos conscientes de lo finita que es nuestra vida. > The experience of travel, some with lucky breaks, others with literal blows, risk, but that was over. I had succeeded and I did not feel fatigued. ### Un salto de fe// a leap of faith ☀️ A pocos minutos de terminar el tiempo en el parque fui por el último reto uno en el que tenías que aventarte al vacío, de igual manera me aseguraron el arnés y me colocaron un chaleco de seguridad (sigues sostenid@ aunque a veces lo olvidamos) los agarres de la escalera eran más duros, metálicos incómodos para unas manos que solo hacen tareas delicadas y de detalle realmente los primeros escalones pensé en esto y me dije la misma fórmula **Focus**, luego de esto en un tris estaba arriba en la plataforma de despegue. Volví a pensar, pero esta vez recordé todo lo que había transitado. Recordé estar sostenida y solo tenía que saltar, así que tomé un impulso y llegué al bolster, me sostuve con éxito y descendí lo menos aparatoso que en veces anteriores. > A few minutes after finishing the time in the park I went for the last challenge, one in which you had to jump into the void, in the same way they secured the harness and put a safety vest on me (you are still held although sometimes we forget it) the grips of the ladder were harder, metallic, uncomfortable for hands that only do delicate and detailed tasks, really the first steps I thought about this and told myself the same formula **Focus**, after this in a tris I was up on the takeoff platform. Saber de dónde venimos nos da un piso, saber hacia dónde vamos nos da enfoque, pero saber dónde estamos nos da consciencia para disfrutar de eso que vamos ganando con cada paso y nunca olvidar que estamos sostenidos por algo más grande; todo nos enseña, todo nos suma en una pared de escalada o en la vida misma. > Knowing where we come from gives us a floor, knowing where we are going gives us focus, but knowing where we are gives us awareness to enjoy what we are gaining with each step and never forget that we are supported by something bigger; everything teaches us, everything adds up in a climbing wall or in life itself.
