A las mujeres nos encanta el día de piernas, es el día en que realmente hacemos todo por dar todo de nosotras, hasta más no poder, pero cuando hacemos tren superior, la cosa cambia un poco, a muchas les da miedo entrenar pesado por miedo a "ponernos como un hombre" o vernos "algo masculinas" pero siento que es un mito, tu cuerpo depende de tu genética y entrenar para llegar a tener un cuerpo de ese nivel, no con el peso promedio que levantamos, todo va influir en tu alimentación, sumplemenros, entrenamiento realmente pesado, así que no te de miedo, debes entrenar siempre con un peso que puedas manejar y poco a poco subirle. Aunque el peso que manejo en tren superior es poco siempre intento llegar al fallo o hasta que mi cuerpo no puede más, logrando repeticiones efectivas, con poco peso pero es mi límite, así que me siento fuerte y voy por mucho más 🔥 - - - We women love leg day, it is the day when we really do everything to give everything of ourselves, even more than we can't, but when we do upper body, things change a little, many are afraid to train heavy out of fear to "look like a man" or look "somewhat masculine" but I feel that it is a myth, your body depends on your genetics and training to achieve a body of that level, not with the average weight that we lift, everything will influence your diet, supplements, really heavy training, so don't be afraid, you should always train with a weight that you can handle and gradually increase it. Although the weight I handle in my upper body is little, I always try to reach failure or until my body can't take it anymore, achieving effective repetitions, with little weight but it is my limit, so I feel strong and I go for much more 🔥
