Saludos comunidad de foodies bee hive, tengo el agrado de compartir con ustedes el día de hoy una variante del conocido batido de auyama o calabaza con leche, le hice una variante que considero potencia su excelentísimo sabor, además la auyama o calabaza es una hortaliza muy nutritiva en vitaminas como: A, C, B, además de nutrientes como el magnesio, potasio, hierro, zinc, también es baja en grasas. Lo que hice para preparar este batido fue lo siguiente, necesité los siguientes materiales: - 500 gr de calabaza o auyama. - 100 gr de leche en polvo, - Canela y algunos clavitos. - 1 litro de agua. - Azúcar. Lo primero que se debe hacer es colocar en fuego y colocar los clavos y la canela, por su parte se debe retirar la concha de la auyama o calabaza, logrado ello se corta en pequeños cuadros, se lava y se vierte en el agua junto con el clavo y la canela por aproximadamente 20 minutos. Pasado ese tiempo ya debería estar bien cocido, retiramos la hortaliza, y se cuela el agua sobre un envase grande, esa misma agua es la que se usa para licuar junto con el azúcar al gusto y 100 gr de leche por 1 minuto, luego ya queda listo para servirse en un vaso con un poco de hielo, este es una bebida para matar los antojos de media tarde, ya lista solo queda beber y disfrutar.
