Hello friends, greetings to all. I don't usually post at night because I've always liked to interact more during the day when I feel more active, but I didn't want to let another day go by without posting.

Yesterday I got my period on the exact date but I didn't want it to happen yesterday because I was due for therapy with the physiotherapist. I wanted to unload the muscles in my back because I needed it, but I couldn't do it in an emergency.

----

He got me off in the middle of the bus on his way home and I had to turn back. This morning I was getting off a lot and when I got up at 5am to make breakfast and lunch before going to work I started to feel dizzy and had a severe headache. I still have the headache and dizziness, the worst thing is that I had to stay in the office to work like this. I wanted to take advantage of being in my days to make a post but the discomfort does not let me concentrate 100%.

On my days like this I don't usually train because the first 3 days of my period are horrible for me, because I have a lot of pain, and then everything goes back to normal. I understand that there is a virus going around the city where I live where people have felt like me right now, with dizziness and headaches, although the only difference is that this virus comes with flu and fever, and I haven't had any of those. I know that mine is because my haemoglobin is low so I just have to rest and keep drinking red fruit juices.

Hola amigos, saludos a todos. No acostumbro a postear de noche porque siempre me ha gustado más interactuar de día que es cuando me siento más activa, pero no quería dejar pasar otro día sin publicar.

El día de ayer me bajó el período justo en la fecha exacta pero no quería que sucediera precisamente ayer ya que justo me tocaba la terapia con el fisioterapeuta. Me quería hacer una descarga muscular en la espalda ya que lo necesitaba pero, con esa emergencia que se me presentó no pude hacérmela.

Me bajó en pleno bus cuando iba en camino a su casa y tuve que regresarme. Esta mañana me estuvo bajando abundante y al levantarme a las 5am para hacer el desayuno y almuerzo antes de irme a mi trabajo empecé a sentirme mareada y tenía un fuerte dolor de cabeza. El dolor de cabeza y los mareos aún los tengo, lo peor es que tuve que quedarme en la oficina a trabajar así. Quería aprovechar de estar en mis días para hacer un post pero el malestar no me deja concentrarme al 100%.

En mis días así no suelo entrenar ya que los primeros 3 días de periodo para mi son horribles, porque poseo mucho dolor, ya luego todo se normaliza. Tengo entendido que hay un virus rondando por la ciudad donde vivo entendido donde las personas se han sentido como yo ahorita, con mareos y dolor de cabeza, aunque la única diferencia es que ese virus viene con gripe y fiebre, y a mi no me ha dado ninguna de esas. Sé que lo mío es porque se me bajó la hemoglobina así que sólo debo descansar y seguir tomando jugos de frutas rojas.
