Hi everyone.. how are you?? I pray that all friends in this Hive community are healthy and successful always.. These few days I can't eat out of the house because the activities at the office are very busy. After work, I went straight home. Today I have little work, I have a lot of time to eat out. I ordered several menus consisting of heavy meals and snacks and water made from gelatin (an ingredient made from seaweed) The heavy food I mean above is "Mie Aceh" which is well known by the people of Aceh to several provinces in Indonesia, maybe even abroad. This noodle has a very distinctive seasoning consisting of various native Indonesian spices that are able to arouse the appetite of many people, including myself. This noodle is my favorite food It's no wonder that several big cities outside Aceh have built many Acehnese restaurants because they have a variety of menus that are very diverse and of course very delicious. On the menu that I ordered in the form of Aceh noodles, I specifically ordered an additional two "eye beef eggs". In the Aceh noodles, the seller adds crackers and fried onions to complete it. In Aceh noodles there are also ingredients such as cabbage leaves, bean sprouts, shallots, onion stalks, garlic, tomatoes and soup leaves to scent the food. In addition, waiters who work in food stalls also prepare some snacks such as stuffed tempeh, "boh rom rom", Butai srikaya kuning, risol and others. all of these foods are traditional foods in Aceh. All the pictures that I share here I took using a Smartphone Camera made by Samsung type A52s 5G and with a touch of editing that I continued through the Adobe Photoshop CC 2022 software.
