Today I wanted to share with you my first motorcycle trip to the coast with friends, this time we went to visit the town of Todasana this is located in the state of La Guaira between Oritapo and La Sabana, it has very nice and relaxing beaches and rivers. We wanted to spend the whole weekend getting to know it and for that we had to leave on Friday at 7:30pm, it could not be earlier because we all worked and it was complicated. When we started to go down it was already dark and it was dark, going down the highway Caracas - La guaira each one was going on their own side very carefully, when we arrived at the Caribe Urbanization we stopped to rest and let the vehicles rest. From that point if we start in caravan because as we were two motorcycles and a car it is safer because the route is very lonely and dark. To reach the town of Todasana the route is mountainous coast and begins to climb from Los Caracas. On the way up we had to make several stops as the roads were so deteriorated and the legs tended to get tired due to the many ups and downs. On the way we passed many villages and even though it was late in the afternoon there were people in the streets and several grocery stores open. The most populated village was Osma, where many tourists stop to buy or eat and are very well received by the people. After that came the town of Oritapo, which does not have as many groceries but I saw more people in the squares and children playing in the fields. In that town we did not stop since we had bought everything in the previous town so we continued on. The posada we managed to get is called El Rancho Tiki and is located 5 minutes past the town of Todasana. We arrived between 11pm and 11:30pm as we were coming slowly, that night we came to rest at once to stop early the next day. The next day we made arepas and had breakfast and then we went out to see the beaches and the rivers, the bad news was that days before there was a rough sea and for that day the beaches were still a bit ugly and dirty so we decided to go to a place where the beach and the river connect. We spent part of the day there and everything was very quiet, we played, swam, did competitions with each other and had a great time. Later we went to see a little more of the town and they recommended us an ice cream shop called **Heladitos Chichi** which had many almost exotic or unusual flavors such as pumpkin, coconut, coffee, lulo, one of the flavors I tried was avocado and I was really surprised by its good taste, and by that time unfortunately my phone had turned off and I could not take pictures of the variety of ice cream they had. To finish the day we went to the lodge and had a barbecue, we were all very hungry since we had only eaten snacks and no food. On Sunday we decided to return to our homes around 10am, but not before spending some more time on another beach. Hoy queria compartir con ustedes mi primer viaje en moto a la costa con amigos, en esta oportunidad fuimos a conocer el pueblo de Todasana este queda ubicado en el Estado La Guaira entre Oritapo y La Sabana , el mismo tiene playas y rios muy lindos y relajantes. Queriamos pasar todo el fin de semana conociendo y para eso tuvimos que salir el viernes a las 7:30pm, no podia ser más temprano porque todos trabajamos y se nos complicaba. Cuando empezamos a bajar ya era de noche y estaba oscuro, bajando la autopista Caracas - La guaira cada uno iba por su lado con mucho cuidado, al llegar a la Urbanización Caribe nos detuvimos para descansar y dejar que los vehículos reposaran. Desde ese punto si arrancamos en caravana ya que como ibamos dos motos y un carro es más seguro ya que la ruta es muy sola y oscura. Para llegar al pueblo de Todasana la ruta es costa montañosa y se empieza a subir desde Los Caracas. Mientras subíamos tuvimos que hacer varías paradas ya que por las calles tan deterioradas y tantas subidas y bajadas las piernas tendian a cansarse. En el camino pasamos muchos pueblos y a pesar de que era tarde habia gente en la calle y varios abastos abiertos. El pueblo con más población fue Osma, alli muchos turistas se detienen a comprar o a comer y son muy bien recibidos por su gente. Después de ahí venía el pueblo de Oritapo que no tiene tantos abastos pero si vi más gente en las plazas y niños en las canchas jugando. En ese pueblo no nos detuvimos ya que habíamos comprado todo en el pueblo anterior así que seguimos adelante. La posada que logramos conseguir se llama El Rancho Tiki y se encuentra ubicada a 5 minutos pasando el pueblo de Todasana. Llegamos entre las 11pm y 11:30pm ya que veniamos poco a poco, esa noche llegamos a descansar de una vez para al día siguiente pararnos temprano. Al dia siguiente hicimos arepas y desayunamos y luego salimos a conocer las playas y los rios, la mala noticia fue que dias antes hubo mar de leva y para ese dia las playas aún estaban un poco feas y sucias así que decidimos ir a un lugar donde la playa y el rio conectan. Pasamos parte del día allí y todo muy tranquilos, jugamos, nadamos, hicimos competencias entre nosotros y la pasamos genial. Ya más tarde fuimos a conocer un poco más el pueblo y nos recomendaron una heladeria llamada **Heladitos Chichi** los cuales tenian muchos sabores casi exoticos o poco frecuentes por ejemplo auyama, coco,café, lulo, uno de los sabores que probe era de aguacate y de verdad me sorprendió mucho su buen sabor, ya para ese momento lastimosamente se me habia apagado el teléfono y no pude tomarle fotos a la variedad de helados que tenían. Para terminar el dia fuimos a la posada e hicimos una parrilla, todos teníamos mucha hambre ya que solo habiamos comido chucherias y nada de comida. Ya el domingo decidimos devolvernos a nuestras casas a eso de las 10am, no sin antes pasar un rato más por otra playa.
