I miss swimming! I haven't entered a pool in months. It's crazy how I think of my swimming moments. I remember how scared I was to get into a pool for the first time. _"The water is your friend"_ - Those were the exact words she told me. My first swimming coach was a professional who had represented the country. I had the privilege to be close to her during my university days and as such, I learned to swim properly in no time. University of port Harcourt boasts of one of the best standard pools in the country. It is Olympic-standard with accurate measurements. It's interesting how I think of my early beginnings, and how it all started.
