**ESPAÑOL** - Saludos cordiales a todos, el día de hoy tuve una maravillosa mañana junto a mis vecinos, dónde ya estamos en el segundo día de entrenamiento en el parque de base Aragua. Me levanté a eso de las 6:50am, para las 7am irnos al parque y empezar a eso de las 7:10 am. Empezamos con pura intensidad en los abdominales, luego de ello mis compañeros no dieron para más después de 30min de trabajo duro. Pero para el tiempo que tienen, me alegra que dieran ese pequeño paso y continuar el día siguiente con toda la actitud. Esto ha sido todo por hoy, más adelante les traeré el video para ver el entrenamiento realizado. Hasta la próxima 😁.

**ENGLISH** - Greetings to all, today I had a wonderful morning with my neighbours, where we are already in the second day of training at the Aragua base park. I got up at about 6:50am, to go to the park at 7am and start at about 7:10am. We started with pure intensity on the abs, after that my teammates didn't give up after 30min of hard work. But for the time they have, I'm glad they took that small step and continued the next day with full attitude. That's all for today, later I will bring you the video to see the training done.
