### Hola amigos de las soluciones hogareñas: ¿Ha tenido usted muchas personas en casa y ha tenido que improvisar un almuerzo? Hoy les contaré lo que se me ocurrió preparar en casa. Resulta que el mes pasado fue el cumpleaños del niño de mi esposo. Él y su hermana vinieron a pasarlo con nosotros. Se sumaron el abuelo y su esposa, así que ya éramos once personas para el festejo, solamente de la familia. Con días de antelación habíamos encargado un cake, también unos refrescos y otras chucherías que les gusta a los niños. Esto estaba perfecto para la tradición de cantar feliz cumpleaños y hacer un brindis con otros niños amiguitos de nuestra cuadra. El día fue de piscina que colocamos para los niños y no querían salir del agua. No teníamos pensado hacer almuerzo, sino ir picando hasta la hora del cake, pero a los niños les entró mucha hambre por el ajetreo que tenían en la piscina. A esa hora salir de casa a buscar pizza y con invitados allí no me pareció lo más viable, pues era mucho dinero adicional al que ya habíamos previsto para la ocasión. Tampoco teníamos tiempo de poner almuerzo y complicar el horario del cumpleaños. Entonces, recordé que tenía un trozo de queso blanco artesanal y salsa de tomate, así que me puse creativa jajaja. Pan, queso y salsa de tomate fueron los principales y únicos ingredientes que utilicé para hacer las **"mini pizzas de pan"**. Los panes los dividí en tres capas y los llevé a la plancha para sándwich. Los coloqué con el queso que corté en finos pedazos y los esparcí por toda la superficie. Cuando el queso gratinó le vertí la salsa de tomate. Luego doblé estas tapas como si fueran unas empanadas y las dejé dorar un poco en la tostadora. De esta forma logré ampliar un poco lo que hubiera sido un simple pan con queso, solamente agregándole salsa de tomate y dividiendo la masa del pan haciéndolo más fino. ¡Uf! At that time of day, leaving the house to get pizza and with guests there, it didn't seem the most viable thing to do, as it was a lot of money in addition to what we had already planned for the occasion. We also didn't have time to set up lunch and complicate the birthday schedule. Then, I remembered that I had a piece of artisan white cheese and tomato sauce, so I got creative hahaha.
