**Hola foodie lovers, espero se encuentren súper bien,** hace unos días ví un vídeo donde hablaban del origen de la empanada venezolana, como tal la empanada no es una creación venezolana pero sí la manera de prepararla aquí es diferente, tambien decía que originalmente nació en el oriente del país y que las mejores empanadas se hacen en Cumaná 😏 ¿será cierto? Colocamos todos los aliños en un sartén con aceite bien caliente y dejamos sofreír hasta que se transparente un poco.
