**Shrimp Sour Soup** *Ingredients* > 1/2 kilo Shrimp > 1 onion > 1 tomato > 10 pieces or more calamansi (or sinigang powder) > ginger > 2 eggplants (put in a bowl with water after cutting) > okra > kangkong (water spinach) or sweet potato leaves > 2 green chilli > salt > ground black pepper *Instructions* > 1. Prepare and cut all the vegetables. > 2. Put 3 cups of water in the saucepan. > 3. When the water boils add the onion, ginger and tomato. > 4. Add the cleaned shrimp after boiling. Cover. > 5.
