Domingo nublado y luego de una semana muy movida y también con bastante entrenamiento, todo invitaba a quedarse en la cama y organizar el almuerzo. Pero, cuando me doy cuenta de que debo hacerlo y tan solo me llevara dos horas aproximadamente, salto de la cama y animo a mi compañero a salir, a cumplir con el objetivo. >! También sé que escribir estos mensajes, son fáciles, pero que la realidad muchas veces es diferente. Pero sinceramente, desde que comencé a aplicar esta forma de ver la vida, todo me estresa menos.
